They will have to present the corresponding nautical qualification, according to the chosen boat, together with their ID or passport and provide a credit card for the rental deposit.
For the formalization of the reservation they will have to pay 50% of the total rental amount (non-refundable). In cases of rainy days or bad sea conditions, also confirmed by our company, the client will have the option of choosing another business day for their rental depending on the availability of boats.
The remaining 50% will be paid when taking possession of the boat, together with the deposit (which will depend on the boat). Reservations and contracts may be formalized through the website or via mail.
Cancellations: if the client has paid in full, only the amounts will be returned, in case of breakdown of the boat, not attributable to the client.
Refund: A 100% refund is made due to weather conditions or if you notify us 7 days in advance. The return is made by means of payment or by bank transfer.
Deposit: The client will have to deposit a deposit to respond to any damage, loss of objects or delay in the delivery of the boat. However, if the amount resulting from the aforementioned cases is greater than the deposit, the client is obliged to pay the difference. The deposit will be returned to the client once the state of the boat has been verified.
Number of passengers: Only the number of authorized persons can be embarked, according to the rented boat, leaving the lessor exempt from all responsibility if the lessee fails to comply with the authorization.
Provisioning: Fuel supply costs are borne by the customer. The boats will be delivered with a full tank and will also be returned with a full tank, if not, the amount corresponding to the fuel plus €25 for the service will be charged.
Insurance: Compulsory insurance is included in the rental price.

In the event of a breakdown or mechanical problem, you only have to call our technical service and our mechanics will assist you as quickly as possible. In the event that the problem cannot be solved within a reasonable time, a boat with similar characteristics would be delivered to them.
PROHIBITIONS: It is totally prohibited:
1- Ship weapons and drugs.
2- Subcontract the boat.
3- Transport merchandise and paying passengers, commercial fishing or participate in regattas.
4- Any other activity prohibited by law or by environmental regulations.
5- Moor to a buoy, if it is not supervised and authorized by the General Directorate of the Navy.
6- Stop the boat on the beach or access it, if not through an authorized channel.
7- Driving without the corresponding navigation title.
8- Driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs.
* Responsibilities: In case of non-compliance with the rules established by Customs and the Navy, the only person responsible before the law will be the contracting party.
